Messaging Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to Mensagens messaging programs, including transactional and marketing communications sent by SMS, MMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Apple Business Messaging, and similar business messaging channels.

Program description

Mensagens may send business messaging communications directly, such as demo messages, service updates, support messages, project updates, reminders, announcements, product or service information, and other transactional or marketing communications.

Mensagens may also help customers design, configure, or operate messaging programs that send communications from that customer to its own recipients. In those customer programs, the customer is the sender and is responsible for its own opt-in flow, message content, legal notices, and messaging compliance, even when Mensagens provides implementation or operational support.

Message content and frequency depend on the specific program you opt in to receive.

Consent

By providing your phone number, messaging handle, or other channel identifier and opting in to a Mensagens messaging program, you agree to receive messages from Mensagens through the channel you selected. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Marketing messages require prior express written consent. Transactional and informational messages require the consent required for that message type, channel, and jurisdiction. Consent applies only to the sender, channel, and subject matter described at the point of opt-in.

Message frequency and charges

  • Message frequency varies by program and by your interactions.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Your mobile carrier, device provider, messaging platform, or data plan may apply additional charges or restrictions.

Opt out and help

For SMS, MMS, and RCS programs, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. You may also opt out using other supported standard opt-out keywords, including STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, REVOKE, or QUIT. Opt-out requests are honored through a single-step process. We may send one final message to confirm your opt-out. After you opt out, Mensagens will not send further messages from that program unless you opt in again.

For WhatsApp, Apple Business Messaging, and other platform-based channels, you may also use the unsubscribe, block, or help controls provided by that platform. You can also contact help@mensagens.ai for assistance.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide only phone numbers, messaging handles, or contact details that you are authorized to use.
  • If your phone number or messaging account changes hands, promptly opt out using the instructions above, use the opt-out or block controls provided by the messaging platform, or contact us at help@mensagens.ai.
  • Do not use Mensagens messaging channels for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harassing, or harmful communications.

Delivery and availability

Messaging delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers and messaging platforms are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mensagens may suspend or stop a messaging program at any time, including when needed to comply with law, carrier rules, platform rules, or operational requirements.

Privacy

Mensagens handles messaging information as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information, mobile opt-in data, or messaging consent will be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes and contact
